Rachel Naidus, CEO and Principal Concierge of Aspen Luxury Concierge, is a Houston native with a deep passion for luxury hospitality. Beginning her career in Denver in 2013, Rachel soon moved to Aspen, becoming a concierge at the city’s only five-star, five-diamond hotel. This experience, coupled with her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Colorado State University, propelled her to co-found Diamante Luxury Travel Concierge and later acquire Aspen Luxury Concierge in 2019. Now, Rachel prides herself on curating unparalleled Aspen experiences through her extensive local network. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is a devoted wife and mother who loves outdoor adventures in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Originally from Wisconsin, Morgan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and brings over six years of luxury concierge experience to her role. Her background began serving as a concierge at The Little Nell, Aspen’s premier five-star hotel. In October 2024, she joined Aspen Luxury Concierge, where she brings a deep love for luxury service, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating unforgettable experiences for clients. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys traveling, going to concerts, enjoying a nice glass of wine, hiking, and of course skiing.

Originally from Florida, Greta first lived in Aspen during middle school, where she discovered her love for the mountains. After college, she returned to begin building her career and has worked with Aspen Luxury Concierge since 2025. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Sport Management and minors in Disabilities in Society and Event Planning, and has always been drawn to roles centered around helping and working with others, particularly in hospitality and client experience. During college and afterward, she worked alongside her mother at EdenLuxe Travel, helping design and coordinate luxury travel experiences. After graduation, she moved to Florence, Italy, as a Program Assistant for Florida State University, supporting program operations, group travel, and student life. Across these experiences, she has developed a passion for meaningful experiences in hospitality and travel. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, snowboarding, hiking, cooking, concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
