SO THIS YEAR, SHE HIRED ALC TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF THIS SUMMER’S ASPEN VACATION.
BEFORE OUR CLIENT ARRIVED, WE COMPLETED AN INITIAL DISCOVERY CALL. WE EVALUATED HER LIKES AND DISLIKES, WHAT SHE AND HER FAMILY LOVE MOST ABOUT ASPEN, AND HOW WE CAN ENHANCE HER EXPERIENCE. AT THEIR ASPEN HOME AWAY FROM HOME, THEY’RE GREETED WITH FRESH FLOWERS, THEIR CUSTOM ITINERARY, AN ALC CURATED SURVIVAL KIT, A FRESHLY STOCKED PANTRY AND REFRIGERATOR, AND THE TABLE WAS SET WITH A BEAUTIFUL TABLESCAPE FOR AN EVENING DINNER WITH A PRIVATE CHEF.
THE FOLLOWING DAY, THEIR ALC CONCIERGE COORDINATED AN E-BIKE RIDE TO MAROON BELLSWITH A PRIVATE GUIDE. ONCE THEY ARRIVE AT THE BELLS, THE GUIDE UNPACKS THEIR CHEF-PREPARED FAMILY-STYLE PICNIC FOR THEM TO ENJOY ALONG THE SHORE OF MAROON LAKE. WHEN THEY RETURN HOME, A CHILLED BOTTLE OF HER FAVORITE SPARKLING ROSÉ AWAITS HER AND HER HUSBAND TO ENJOY BEFORE THEIR RESERVATION AT BETULA, SITTING AT THEIR FAVORITE TABLE.
AFTER THEIR DAY OF ADVENTURE, SHE AND HER HUSBAND ENJOYED A DAY OF REST WITH PRIVATE IN-HOME YOGA AND SOUND BOWL MEDITATION IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON IN-HOME MASSAGES. THE NEXT DAY WAS BACK TO NATURE AND FAMILY TIME, WITH A LITTLE NELL SUNSET JEEPTOUR ON THE BACKSIDE OF ASPEN MOUNTAIN. ALC HAD REQUESTED OUR FAVORITE ADVENTURE GUIDE, WHO IS ALSO AN EXCELLENT PHOTOGRAPHER, TO CAPTURE THE FAMILY’S SPECIAL MOMENT ON THE MOUNTAIN. WHEN OUR CLIENT RETURNED FROM HER EXPERIENCE, SHE IMMEDIATELY SHARED PHOTOS OF THEIR INTIMATE MOMENT AND THANKED US FOR THE INCREDIBLE EVENING.
FINALLY, AFTER A BEAUTIFUL DAY WITH HER FAMILY, OUR CLIENT IS READY TO EXPERIENCE AN EVENING AT BOSQ. WE’VE ARRANGED TO HAVE THE CHEF AND OWNER BARCLAY C. DODGE COME TO THE TABLE FOR AN INTRODUCTION. WE COORDINATED WITH THE SOMMELIER TO SERVE A FLIGHT OF THEIR SELECTED BIODYNAMIC WINES.

FOR EXAMPLE, ONE OF OUR LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT CLIENTS SPLITS HIS TIME BETWEEN HIS HOME IN LA AND HIS HOME HERE IN ASPEN. HE IS ON A MONTHLY RETAINER FOR A DEDICATED LIFESTYLE MANAGER WHO COORDINATES HIS DAY-TO-DAY ERRANDS AND DOMESTIC AND PERSONAL NEEDS WHILE IN TOWN AND KEEPS THINGS RUNNING SMOOTHLY WHILE HE IS AWAY, LIKE RECEIVING PACKAGES AND COORDINATING HOUSEKEEPING.
BEFORE EVERY RETURN, ALC PRE-STOCKS HIS REFRIGERATOR WITH FOODS FROM WHOLE FOODS AND PRE-PREPARED MEALS FROM TUESDAY FOODS. WHEN IN ASPEN, TO ENSURE HIS WORK DAY STARTS ON THE RIGHT FOOT, ALC TAKES CARE OF INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, SO HE NEVER RUNS OUT OF NECESSITIES, SUCH AS HIS FAVORITE SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS LIKE FROZEN BERRIES OR SPINACH. IN ADDITION, HE KNOWS THAT HIS DOG WILL BE WALKED MID-DAY DURING HIS WORKDAY, AND HIS DRY-CLEANING WILL BE PICKED UP AND DROPPED OFF. HIS DEDICATED LIFESTYLE MANAGER ALSO COORDINATED LESSONS WITH OUR PREFERRED PERSONAL CYCLING TRAINER AS OUR CLIENT IS TRAINING FOR A CYCLING TOUR IN THE ALPS.
ALC NOT ONLY ANTICIPATES THE SCHEDULED NEEDS OF OUR CLIENTS BUT WHEN UNEXPECTED SITUATIONS ARISE, ALC IS THERE TO ASSURE OUR CLIENT’S ACCESS AND EASE. FOR EXAMPLE, THIS CLIENT, IN PARTICULAR, HAD HIS MOTHER FLYING INTO ASPEN ONE AFTERNOON. HE PLANNED TO MEET HER AT THE AIRPORT AND HAVE LUNCH AT CASA TUA ASPEN. HOWEVER, AT AROUND TEN IN THE MORNING, HIS PLANS GOT DERAILED. HE NEEDED LAST-MINUTE ASSISTANCE WITH COORDINATING AIRPORT PICK-UP. AS WELL AS, HE NEEDED AN IMPORTANT DOCUMENT NOTARIZED AND FEDEXED ASAP. HE CONTACTED HIS DESIGNATED ALC LIFESTYLE MANAGER. HE RECEIVED A RESPONSE WITHIN TWENTY MINUTES AND HAD A CONFIRMATION THAT ALC WOULD ARRANGE TO HAVE HIS MOTHER PICKED UP AND TAKEN TO HIS HOUSE. WE WOULD ALSO GET THE DOCUMENTS PRINTED AND DELIVERED TO FEDEX. HE WOULD ONLY HAVE TO MEET HIS DEDICATED LIFESTYLE MANAGER AT THE NOTARY TO HAVE EVERYTHING SIGNED IN PERSON. HIS LIFESTYLE MANAGER ALSO ARRANGED FOR A CHEF-PREPARED MEAL TO BE DELIVERED, AND SHE PICKED UP HIS FAVORITE BOTTLE OF WINE TO BE PAIRED WITH THE MEAL.
