ALC is committed to providing you with up-to-date information from our Roaring Fork Valley partners so you can navigate your travel to and from Aspen during COVID-19.
We have been working closely with the Aspen and Snowmass hotel sales teams to bring you information on the hotels’ cancellation policies for summer and fall of 2020, deposit requirements and when they expect to re-open.
Here are all the details you need to know in one place.
THE LITTLE NELL & RESIDENCES
For summer and fall bookings, The Little Nell & Residences will require a 50% refundable deposit at the time of confirmation with final payment due seven-days prior to arrival. This has been modified from their traditional 30-day policy. Their winter policy will stay unchanged for the 2020/21 ski season.
At this time, they are moving forward with re-opening the resort on June 12th as originally planned. Leisure Sales Specialist Tim explained, “Of course as the parameters around the COVID-19 pandemic are revisited, we, too, will be reevaluating. Should plans change this will be conveyed accordingly.”
HOTEL JEROME
For summer and fall, Hotel Jerome’s cancellation policy is 48 hours with a 2-night deposit until December 2020. Winter 2020/2021 will resume normal cancellation and deposit requirements.
