The biggest benefit of flying into ASE is the close proximity to town. The airport is about 15 minutes away from the heart of Aspen. Most hotels offer shuttle services to and from the airport. Your concierge can also arrange for a party bus, limo, or luxury sedan to transport your party from the airport.

SHOULD I BOOK A HOTEL OR A VACATION RENTAL FOR A BACHELORETTE PARTY?
Aspen bachelorette parties can be held at either a hotel or a vacation rental. Both would make great accommodations, but it depends on the needs of your group.
Hotels offer several benefits specific to bachelorette parties. ALC can book multiple nearby rooms for your bridal party; potential discounts may be available if you book 10+ rooms. Hotels also have amenities like valet, bars, restaurants, in-room dining, and spas on site. However, hotels are not always the best place to pregame or to bring the party back to. With hotel rooms, your party won’t have a large, central location to hang out together.
Vacation rentals are increasingly popular choices for bachelor and bachelorette parties. It is easy to keep the party going when everyone is sharing a house. However, vacation rentals are usually farther from the center of town than hotels. For bachelorette groups that want to fly in for a weekend, there may be a challenge finding rentals that will accommodate as there is usually a 5-7 night minimum. For shorter stays, hotels may be the better option, as they accommodate 3-4 nights. If you find that a rental works well for you and your party, contact Aspen Luxury Concierge to arrange luxury transportation as it’s a must when staying outside of town.
